How long does it take to install an infrared sauna at home?

Unlike traditional Finnish saunas, infrared saunas do not require a high-output electrical heater, which simplifies the installation process and reduces the electrical work involved. Most infrared saunas can run from a standard 13-amp socket, though we always assess your specific setup during the consultation phase. Prior to installation, we carry out a full site survey and provide a 3D design visualisation, so the build itself is a highly efficient, well-planned process with minimal disruption to your home.

Is an infrared sauna or a traditional Finnish sauna better for me?
